grow urban Festuca ‘Intense Blue’- Outdoor Plants

Festuca is an easy going, hardy, steely-blue ornamental grass which looks classy when planted outside in gravel borders or in pots.  Will produce blue-green flowerspikes in Summer.

Water well if planted within containers and moderately if in beds and borders. A bright position in full sun will bring out the deepest colours. A little feed in the summer months will help to keep it nourished. In winter, comb through the grass with your fingers to remove dead foliage.
